
Cocoa butter, also called the obroma oil or the obroma cacao, is a pale-yellow, pure edible vegetable fat extracted from the cacao bean. It is used to make chocolate, biscuits, baked goods, pharmaceuticals, ointments, and toiletries. Cocoa butter has a mild chocolate flavor and aroma.


- 12 months in original packaging. Keep in cool and dry storage (preferably at 18 - 20 °C and 60% max of humidity) and free from foreign odors.
- Avoid direct sun light and not stacking more than 8 layers of cartons high.
